Anyone who dares to say that P!nk isn't there for her massive fan base has officially been proven wrong. During a performance in Brisbane, Australia the 'So What' singer halted her concert just to hug a grieving 14-year-old girl.
On a mission to get the singer's attention, the fan brought a sign that read, "My name is Leah – I’m 14 years old. I lost my beautiful Mum last month. I would LOVE a hug… Please!”
While her poster must have just been one in a sea of signs, concertgoers all passed the note to the front. P!nk spotted the message and said, "Where’s Leah?”
In an interview with The Courier Mail, Leah recalls the magical moment saying, "She came down the stairs and gave me a big, long hug. She told me that I looked pretty. She said 'oh don't cry.' She said that everything was going to be okay. Then she signed my arm and we took a selfie," she said.
Leah explained that she went to go see P!nk in her mother's honour, who is also a big fan of the singer. "It meant everything. It was a dream come true," she said.
